Workplace Injuries can surprisingly come from jobs with no lifting, heavy pushing or pulling, bending or twisting frequently. The job I am descibing is the desk job, done by the secretary, manager, clerk and on and on. Jobs that allow little motion of the wrists, shoulders, hips, knees and ankles can produce stress and joint pain. The spine is under stress also and muscles tighten, joints don't get a chance to lubricate, headaches and joint pain follows.
